Shipping Policy
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.
- All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed. We cannot cancel and adjust orders after they are placed. These items are custom made. Normal processing/shipping time is 7-14 business days.
- Orders are shipped via USPS.
- We are not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS.
- Pre-Orders will be processed within 21-30 business days. Please plan accordingly.
- If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout.
- Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates.
Sizing
- We offer women fitted tees and unisex fitted tees. The women cut fitted tees RUN SMALL. Please consider ordering 1-2 sizes up. Unisex tees run True to Size. The hoodies/sweatshirts are unisex, which means they run true to size or larger. ALL customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and reviewing size charts prior to purchases.
- ALL figures and sizes are different. Therefore, sizes are NOT guaranteed.
